Last week saw great excitement as science week began.Transition year students kept everyone thinking with their daily science question and the race was on to win superb prizes. They also had an element treasure trail for all science students.First year students started their junior achievement award with the future wise programme with some rocket building and some coding.Also first years made their own plant cells with materials they found around their homes. well done some very imaginative pieces were created. Second years went on a trip to Tallaght library for a workshop on the” Science of Bubbles”and spent sometime making their own acid /base indicators (the science corridor emitted some very strange smells during this.)Well done everyone.
