On Wednesday the 11th of November Bishop Eammon Walsh came to KCS to present eight of our students with the John Paul 2 Platinum awards. These eight pupils (Jennifier Mooney, Lauren Bracken, Lauren Ellis, Lauren Lee, Lara Collier, Justine Hardcourt, Ross Kelly and Ian Hanley) undertook at twenty six hours of work in their local community to achieve this highest level of the award. Bishop Walsh complemented the students on their great efforts and encouraged other pupils who attended the presentation to take on leadership roles in the Killinarden area.
