Basketball April 23, 2013
On the 11th of April the annual Tallaght schools basketball Blitz took place. KCS entered a boys and agirls team. The blitz is organised by the Garda. Both teams were made up of second years. The teams competed against other schools from the Tallaght area. The boys fought hard in all their games but unfortunately they were unable to get out of their group. The girls lost their first game but battled hard and won their group.They met Old Bawn in the final and were narrowly defeated. Special congratulations must go to Nicole Fulham who got “Player of the Tournament”. Well done to all those who took part.
